2.3 Easy Online Divorce provides clients with documents and advice on the completion of documents required to initiate matrimonial proceedings in England and Wales.

2.4 Easy Online Divorce does not supply actual or general legal advice in such proceedings, and no such legal advice should be implied in the use of this service.

2.5 Easy Online Divorce does not accept any liability in relation to any actual proceedings issued by clients whether divorce proceedings or ancillary relief proceedings.

2.6 Easy Online Divorce provides documentation on the understanding that clients are acting in person in relation to proceedings.

2.7 Easy Online Divorce provides documentation for uncontested divorces and consent orders in England and Wales only.

2.8 Easy Online Divorce provides documentation which has been completed based on the information provided by its users only. Easy Online Divorce shall not under any circumstances be liable or responsible for the information contained within any documentation or forms used as part of any Proceedings.

2.9 Easy Online Divorce offers online technical advice on how to download and complete documents; however, it never provides legal advice.

2.10 Easy Online Divorce shall not under any circumstances be liable or responsible for any proceedings commenced by its clients following the purchase of its services and/or documents.

2.11 Easy Online Divorce are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the financial consent order that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

2.12 Easy Online Divorce are not responsible for the consequences of any mistakes, discrepancies, or omissions in the financial consent order or related documents.

2.13 Easy Online Divorce shall not under any circumstances be liable or responsible for any consequences or results of the use of the documents that it has provided.

2.14 Easy Online Divorce shall not under any circumstances be liable or responsible for any subsequent advice the client has received by any third party following the purchase of services and/or documents from Easy Online Divorce.

2.15 Easy Online Divorce shall not under any circumstances be liable or responsible for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by its users.

2.16 In no event shall Easy Online Divorce, their officers, employees, or agents be liable to the client or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, arising out of the client’s use of services provided by Easy Online Divorce.

2.17 Users of Easy Online Divorce’s services understand that independent legal advice should be obtained to ensure documentation is suitable for their circumstances and is accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

2.18 Users of Easy Online Divorce’s services acknowledges that they have a responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to Easy Online Divorce regarding their financial consent order requirements.

2.19 Users of Easy Online Divorce’s services are responsible for reviewing all documents prepared by Easy Online Divorce for errors or inaccuracies before submission to the relevant authorities.

2.20 Users of Easy Online Divorce’s services are responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the consent order before it is submitted to the court for approval.

2.21 Documents and advice contained on the Easy Online Divorce website are not made available for any other purpose.

General

3.1 If a Court of Law later decides that any part of this disclaimer is not reasonable or cannot be enforced for any reason, that decision will not affect or relate to any other parts of the disclaimer which will be enforced or continue to be enforceable in any event.

Privacy Policy

4.1 Easy Online Divorce is committed to protecting the identity and privacy of our users. We will only use information collected in the process of transactions in a strictly lawful manner in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

4.2 Easy Online Divorce will not use client emails to contact clients once the transaction has been completed other than in accordance with its service. Email addresses will not be provided to any third party.

4.3 Users should be aware that Easy Online Divorce retains no information relating to the client’s payment details.

Indemnification

5.1 Users of Easy Online Divorce’s services agree to indemnify and hold Easy Online Divorce harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from any errors or inaccuracies in the financial consent order.

Modifications

6.1 Easy Online Divorce reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of business and disclaimers relating to our services at any time without prior notice.

6.2 By using the services providing by Easy Online Divorce, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to the disclaimer, and they accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
